McFletcher is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We have policies and procedures to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and to control access to it. Please read the following privacy policy for details as to how we use and protect the information that you provide us.
Password Security
We recommend that you treat the username and password as confidential information and NOT share them with anyone. This is important for you, as you do not have to complete the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Online Inventories in one session. Your Inventory results will be available for reentry. Keep your username and password available for reuse.
Should you misplace your username or password, you have the right to access the personally identifiable information that you have provided to review and use. A request may be made by you through email to mcfletcher@mcfletcher.com. The email request should be followed with written proof of identity.
Personal Information Protection
The WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Online Inventories require you to provide personally identifying information to obtain access to the assessments and subsequent reports. McFletcher recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected in the operation of the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Online Inventories and will take reasonable steps to maintain the security, integrity and privacy of this information. However, no transmission of data over the Internet or any public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information once we receive it, we cannot warrant the security of information you transmit to us.
We will not disclose your personally identifying information to any third party. We do not barter, trade or sell access to your personally identifying information. We do not use cookies to store any information. Certain federal, state, local or other government regulations may require that we disclose personally identifying information about you. In such cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to disclose only the information required under applicable law.
Inventory Results
Your responses to the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Online Inventory Assessments and related reports will not be transferred or shared to a third party other, than your Certified WSP™ Facilitator, organization sponsor or McFletcher Consultant, without your written permission. For research purposes, we may aggregate your responses to our WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Online Inventory Assessments with the responses of other individuals to develop group norms, conduct validation studies, perform statistical analysis, and develop new products and other similar activities to improve our Inventories for future use. However, such data will only be used in the aggregate and will never disclose any individual’s identity.
General Privacy Information
Other websites may contain links to our website and vice versa. We have no control over the privacy practices of such other websites nor should any such link be considered an endorsement of such other web site’s privacy policy. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of such other websites.
