This process facilitates major breakthroughs in how to prepare for and implement position, team, function and organizational design. WorkStyle Work Design FlowSeven Phases There are seven distinct phases of WorkStyle Work Design outlined in an eight-chapter process guide. Movement through any one phase may be short and speedy or extensive and deliberate, depending upon the extent of work and organizational variables. The following seven phases of WorkStyle Work Design are custom-tailored to the needs of the organization:
