Our Organization

Since its inception, The McFletcher Corporation has specialized in custom designed Organizational and Work Alignment Services.

These services include an external alignment of the client organization's resources to better meet market requirements for its goods and services.

Internal alignment of work requirements and human resources to meet external requirements occurs simultaneously through clarifying accountabilities, identifying work activities, developing organizational structures and systems, and determining the tools and equipment needed to do the work.

The best practices which emerge are documented as effective means for accomplishing work on a daily basis and for continuous improvement processes and quality standards. McFletcher offers an integrated, whole systems approach:

1. Organizational design and consulting for integration of Mission, Task, People/Culture, Systems/Technology Structure - called Organizational Development Approach Scale [ODAS] Assessment.
