McFletcher’s Facilitator System provides a full complement of resources to equip employees in managing meetings and guiding group dynamics. The power of group dynamics is often underestimated. This custom designed Facilitator System includes a full spectrum of processes, guidelines and program outlines available in hard copy and on disk.

A comprehensive Competency Matrix for identifying facilitation skills at three levels: Level 1 for intra-team activities, Level 2 for inter-team facilitation, Level 3 for strategic and organizational situations serves as a pre and post training assessment for both groups and individuals.

A procedural book is also included for the coordinator or function that supports the facilitation effort with instructions, sample letters, recruitment methods and administrative forms.
