McFletcher Mission, Philosophy and Approach

Our life's work is to equip organizations to create aligned and productive work environments. We help you envision and become a workplace where the workforce and the work are in sync, meeting the needs of an organization fulfilling its market requirements and performance goals. To help you achieve balance in your organization, we provide a system of integrated Work Alignment tools - individual and team inventories, organizational assessments, alignment planning products, work improvement processes and workplace research.

Through certifications, on-site learning transfer and behind-the-scenes coaching, we prepare you to use our alignment products, processes and research to accomplish your objectives. Along the way, we help you determine what to apply and when, how and to whom. Our goal is to maximize your organization's capabilities while honoring your values and supporting your people.

McFletcher's consulting approach is based on the belief that people within organizations have the ability to discover and fashion their own alignment issues and solutions when presented with the appropriate tools and processes.

McFletcher's role is to use learning transfer processes to equip client organizations to assume responsibility for their own change strategies and desired outcomes.
