WorkStyle Patterns® & Work Alignment Learning Transfer

WSP™ for Teams is a two-day, one evening workshop. Much like WSP™ Inventory Certification, this program is designed as a practicum with structured team exercises:

• Intensive learning about teams and the WSP™ applications with
  • Five detailed team intervention outlines
• WSP™ team tools and processes with
  • Team Role Assessment Inventory
  • Team Member Assignment Inventory
  • Team Profile Descriptions
  • Teaming by Design Book
  • WSP™ PROFILER for Team Applications

In this program you will use your prior WSP™ Inventory Certification training with WSP™ Inventories and Team Alignment Packet 6 plus your own WSP™ experiences to practice:

• Team validation exercises with team member’s Preferences
• Clarification of the team’s role and purpose
• Determining team member assignment Profiles in establishing a start-up group
• Distinguishing how to use team Profiles with highly participative semi-autonomous teams as compared to traditional teams
• Determining the appropriate timing for WSP™ use in teams
• Linking the WSP™ with other team processes and aids

WSP™ for Teams is offered exclusively to WSP™ Inventory Certified Facilitators. WSP™ Profile descriptions and score interpretations are included in relation to team settings.

For WSP™ for Teams to be of benefit to you and your organization, you will need to be currently involved in group interventions. Come “armed” with questions and suggestions.

Also bring a recent or forthcoming team situation with you that you can as your own case study in the program. You will benefit from the team of experts.
