The WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Individual Inventory is a self-assessment process that determines WorkStyles: how an individual prefers to work (WANT), what he or she is actually doing (IS), and along with the Position Expectation Inventory, work environment expectations of what the position requires (SHOULD). The WSP™ Individual Inventory also describes work activities, compares personal and organizational alignment, identifies work approach and stress levels, and includes WorkStyle Profile descriptions with interpretations. (Paper versions available in English, Spanish and French; On-line versions in English) The Position Expectation Inventory clarifies and prioritizes work activity requirements and profiles the appropriate WorkStyle approach from the organization’s perspective. Employers, colleagues, customers, vendors and others who know the work share their expectations. Coupled with the WSP™ Individual Inventory, this assessment offers dialog information for customer and employee/employer role clarification. (Paper version available in English and Spanish; On-line in English) The Team Role Assessment Inventory identifies a team’s primary role and purpose. This inventory clarifies and prioritizes activities required to meet organizational expectations and goals – the work approach for the ROLE of a team. (Paper version available in English and Spanish; On-line in English) The Team Member Assignment Inventory enables teams, functions or work groups to select and appropriately assign group members for group projects and responsibilities. This Inventory profiles specific team assignments aligned to the team’s role. It (or the WSP™ Inventory) clarifies and prioritizes activities required to accomplish the assignment and support the team’s purpose. (Paper version available in English and Spanish; On-line in English) The McFletcher Corporation offers further tools and information on teaming through its book, Teaming By Design, and through customized teaming solutions. The WSP™ 360 Feedback Inventory provides a position holder with an understanding of how others perceive he or she is currently performing the work. It provides a perspective of performance from those who work with the person, either as employers, direct reports, peers, customers or others who are familiar with both the work and the person doing the work. It is also used in conjunction with the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Individual Inventory for comparative information with the person's Preferred WorkStyle and own perception of how he or she is actually doing the work.
